Here are some of the questions that are asked on a regular basis. We hope these help. If your question is not there or you would like further details then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there a call-out charge?
 No. We will only charge if we do any work.

Are you able to cut extra keys on site? 
Yes, we have a key cutting machine in the van and are able to cut extra keys for any locks fitted.

Do you do quotations?
Yes, if you would like a visit to quote for the work this can be done and you are under no obligation to go ahead. However, you will find us very competitive so there will probably be no reason not to go ahead.

When I call do I speak to a qualified person or a call centre?
We are a family business with no call centre. When you call us, you will speak directly to Dale Clements who will be able to give you expert advice and help.

I am locked out. Will you have to change my lock to get me in?
In a high percentage of locked out cases we are able to get into the property with no damage to the existing lock, therefore, there would be no need for a replacement lock. It is only on a rare occasion that this is required.

Do you deal with domestic or commercial customers?
We deal with both.

Dale Clements complaints policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products to our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. 

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. 

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised. 

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader, we use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
